It’s my job to guide and teach you how to unlock your body’s inherent ability to be healthy.  I work with you and focus on your main health concerns, what symptoms you are experiencing and how your body systems are performing. I look at the whole person and consider the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit.

I have journeyed through my own recovery from major surgeries, aggressive chemotherapy treatment, and immune, endocrine, digestive, intestinal and reproductive system imbalances. This is why I approach our communities, and our world from a position of gratefully giving back for what the Spirit/Universe has given us. "Mélanie has Helped me to Learn How to Feed my Body"

I have had the privilege of working with Mélanie over the last year or so, in an attempt to re-look at the way I eat. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for the last three or four years, and it is very active. I currently receive monthly IV infusions plus weekly oral medications, and despite this I still get flares that end up with me on Prednisone. Mélanie has helped me to learn how to feed my body, not just eat to eat, and has also opened my eyes to the foods that help my RA, and those that do NOT help. Mélanie is constantly reassuring me that I can make the necessary changes to my diet, but never preaches. She genuinely cares about how we feel and what we eat. As a result of what Mélanie has shared with me, I have made some changes to how I eat, and I now notice when I eat those foods that make me inflamed and those that help with the inflammation. I am still working on making more changes, but feel good about what I have been able to accomplish thus far. I am so grateful to Mélanie for sharing what she knows and her continued support.
